Are you looking for a dialysiscentre because you need temporary dialysis? We offer treatments at our centres in Utrecht (Gezondheidshuis), at the Amsterdam UMC, or in a dialysishub. Please fill in the following applicationform.

Good to know

Our planning department will start working on your request 6-8 weeks before the requested holiday period. Earlier scheduling is not possible as your request is also linked to the schedule of our staff.
